Appointments & Treatments
For best results, we recommend arriving with clean skin and avoiding exfoliation, retinol, or active treatments 2–3 days prior to your appointment. This allows your skin to be in the best condition for treatment.
A consultation is not required, but it is recommended if you are unsure which treatment is best for your skin. Every facial is fully customized based on your skin type, concerns, and goals.
Each treatment includes a thorough skin analysis, deep cleansing, exfoliation, and customized products tailored to your skin. Your facial is designed to treat your specific concerns while promoting long-term skin health.
For best results, we recommend scheduling a facial every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin condition and goals.
Most treatments have little to no downtime. Some advanced treatments or peels may cause mild redness or peeling, which will be explained during your appointment.
Extractions are included when appropriate and are always performed gently to minimize irritation while helping to clear congestion and improve skin texture.
It is best to allow your skin to breathe after your treatment. We recommend avoiding makeup for the rest of the day to maximize your results and allow your skin to fully absorb the benefits of the facial.

We recommend arriving on time or a few minutes early to allow for a relaxed and seamless experience.
All services are by appointment only to ensure each client receives a personalized and dedicated experience.
To maintain a peaceful and personalized experience, appointments are typically reserved for clients only unless you are a teen.
Yes, convenient parking is available for clients in Brio building. All social salon suite spots are available as well as RT spaces. Ensure a smooth and stress-free visit.

• International Shipping Information
International Shipping varies.
IF you choose to abandon your package upon arrival, you are responsible for any fees and cost. We can not refund your account unless the package arrives safe to our facility
All international shipping will be shipped Via UPS
Once payment has been received and cleared the item will be shipped within 1-2 business working days. International orders will be shipped via Priority Express.
• If you change your mind with your purchase and want to return your product/products to Guidance to Glow for a full refund, please make sure the follow standards are met. The item (s) must be unused, in the original packaging and still bubble warped in the state you received them in. Returns are accepted within 5 days of your purchase date.
** Due to COVID, our return policy is very strict for sanitary purpose. We also DON'T provide return labels if you choose to return your items
• Any missing / damaged item from your order must be reported to us within 5 days after you have received your order! We can not fix the issue if the miss item in your package has been notified to us AFTER 5 days of receiving the order.
• First, you must e-mail us at Info@guidancetoglow.com We'll need name, e-mail address, your specific order number related to the items you want to return. NOTE: This step must be done first, before you ship product back to us.
• Ensure the items being returned are unopened, unused and in the original “new” condition.
• Pack the item/items in the box you received them in or pack the item/items in a similar shipping box.
• Include all printed material and the Guidance to glow packing slip.
• Return include any promotional free items you received with your purchase.
• Print your original order number on the box and ship the item/items you’d like to return or exchange to.
• Once your item(s) are approved for return by Guidance to Glow, we can proceed with your refund or exchange.
• Shipping cost on all returns are the responsibility of the user/purchaser. We suggest that you use a major shipping service like USPS, UPS or FEDEX. We also recommend that you purchase shipping insurance that matches the value of your purchase. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged when returning the item back to us.
• There will be a 25% restocking fee.
• All Items in our Return process must be complete in order for your return to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse a whole or partial return on any returned products.
• There are no returners or refunds on our online consultation with Guidance to Glow.

• International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.
