Unopened / Unused Product Guarantee
If you change your mind with your purchase and want to return your product/products to Guidance to Glow for a full refund, please make sure the follow standards are met. The item (s) must be unused, in the original packaging and still bubble warped in the state you received them in. Returns are accepted within 10 days of your purchase date.
Any missing item from your order must be reported to us within 5 days after you have received your order! We can not fix the issue if the miss item in your package has be notified to us AFTER 5 days of receiving the order.
In order to return an item(s), you must do the following:
First, you must e-mail us at We'll need name, e-mail address, your specific order number related to the items you want to return.
NOTE: This step must be done first, before you ship product back to us!
Once your item(s) are approved for return by Guidance to Glow, we can proceed.
Ensure that the items being returned are unopened, unused and in their original “new” condition.
Pack the item/items in the box you received them in or pack the item/items in a similar shipping box.
Include all printed material and the Guidance to glow packing slip.
Return include any promotional free items you received with your purchase.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
IF you refuse your package upon delivery from the carrier, you are responsible of the return postage fee back to us. you are also responsible of the custom fee and taxes with in your country.
Any returned package back to us with any cost to guidance to glow will be deducted from the refund.
You are responsible of the package arriving back to guidance to glow safely with no damage to the products and in the same condition as we shipped to you for a full refund.
We can Not refund orders without receiving our products back, therefor it is your responsibility to insure the package is shipped back to us with a tracking number provided as well as contacting us with this information
